TELIPIA Cloud offers Bulk SMS, Transactional SMS API, Promotional SMS API, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Call, Website Development and AI Chatbot solutions. Availability may depend on telecom networks, third-party platforms and regulatory requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

Services must be used for lawful business purposes. Customers must not use the platform for fraud, spam, unlawful content, harassment or activities prohibited by applicable telecom, messaging, data-protection or other laws.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, required approvals, consent, content and lawful use of communication services.

5. Service Availability

Service performance may be affected by telecom operators, internet connectivity, third-party platforms and circumstances outside reasonable control.

6. Pricing and Quotations

Pricing is based on the selected service, volume, configuration and commercial terms agreed between TELIPIA Cloud and the customer.
